Rustic Charm and Comfort… The main lodge was constructed back in the early 1920’s and to this day maintains a rich and colourful history.  Over the years, a dining room, lounge area with fireplace, game room and seminar facilities have been added to keep up with today’s demands.  We have not lost the charm and comfort that the original rustic building conveys.

We are the only lodge on the lake and take pride in the responsibility of preserving our fish stock.  Through barbless fishing, education in catch and release methods and alternative fish mounting techniques, we ensure a strong fishery for years to come.

After a hearty meal in our dining room, enjoy the long summer evenings and late sunset.  For the night owls, the Northern Lights will make a lasting impression in your memory of your trip to Cormorant Lake Lodge.

While your guide is looking after your catch, after a great day of fishing, take time to enjoy the beauty of the lodge and surrounding grounds.  Or, meet new friends in the lounge and brag about the monster of the day

Cormorant Lake Lodge offers both American Plan or Housekeeping Cabins.

After a fabulous day on the lake, retire to your own comfortable cottage by the lake.  All cottages are fully modern, featuring 3 piece bath, hot and cold water and clean, worry free electric heat.  Crisp, clean linens and warm, wool blankets are provided.  Towels are provided for our American Plan guests.
